We are changing the executive summary of our quarterly CTI reports

In the latest edition of the executive summary of our quarterly Threat Landscape Reports, we have introduced the following changes:

• We focus on threats observed within EU institutions, bodies, and agencies (EUIBAs) or their vicinity, while in previous editions we were also reporting on other threats in Europe or other regions. Indeed, we wanted to share unique threat information that is not available from other sources.
• This edition is also presented in a new format, with sentences in plain English. The reason for this change is to better control the message we want to convey, to make it clearer and less prone to ambiguities. In the cyber threat intelligence field, clarity of the assessment is indeed essential, especially on sensitive matters like attribution.
